About Us
My name is Rebecca Stiltner. I am a mother, grandmother, and your neighbor. I am also the owner of Capital Baking Co., a specialty bakery featuring custom cakes, confections, and baked goods. I have over 25 years of experience in food service and bakery management, along with an established clientele.
Capital Baking Co. is my first love, and I often share that love of baking and gifting with many of my friends and neighbors. I wanted them to have an option for “anytime” sweets and treats, and this is how the idea of Stoneridge Sweets came to fruition.
The Stoneridge Sweets self-serve cottage stand will open on May 9, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. and will be open on biweekly weekends.
There will be a rotating grab-and-go selection of cakes, gourmet cupcakes, confections, small gifts, and cut flowers.
